Aurora Wedding Films was founded by award making film maker Richard Shelton. We filmed our first wedding in March 2004 and have since gone from strength to strength, creating well over 300 wedding films in venues in the UK and across the world.
A wedding video was once regarded as being a bit cheesy, a bit cheap, a bit tacky. In the last few years the wedding film has evolved to become a must have. With the advent of compact DSLRs we as filmmakers are now able to give a wedding film a more cinematic and filmic look. With audio captured off camera, via mini microphones, and a wealth of cinematic music at out disposal, we are now able to create stunning images with great music and audio. At out Aurora, our aim is to create a wedding film as unique as you. Each of our films is as different to the next, without compromising on our style and expertise.
We produce a 4 minute ‘highlight’ film, generally one to share on Social Media, and a longer 20/30 minute ‘feature’, which includes the ‘best bits’ of your ceremony and speeches. We also provide digital copies of your complete ceremony and speeches, edited real time – in full.
